After you purchase a theme, you will receive an email containing a download link so you can access your theme. You can also log into your account and download your theme from the Downloads page.
Our themes are designed for self-hosted WordPress.org. Scroll down on this page for more information about WordPress.org. We don’t offer themes for WordPress.com, Wix, Weebly, Shopify, Showit, or Squarespace.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your new theme. Unzip the file to access the theme files and instructions inside. Follow the included Installation Instructions and Theme Documentation to set up the theme on your site. If you need help, our support team is always happy to answer your questions. Launch your beautiful new website!
Theme installation is an optional service included in our SPARKLE package. Instead of you setting up and configuring your VividoTheme theme on your website, our team takes care of everything for you! Installation is especially helpful if: You’re new to WordPress and aren’t confident working in the WordPress dashboard. You don’t have time to dedicate to properly set up your theme. You prefer that your theme is set up correctly from the get-go.
Yes! All of our themes are fully mobile responsive and designed to display & function beautifully on all mobile screens.
Yes, colors and fonts can easily be changed in the WordPress Customizer panel (no coding required!).
Once you purchase a theme, it’s yours forever! You can use it on an unlimited number of websites for personal. The only circumstance in which a new theme license needs to be purchased is if you are installing the theme on a client’s website. In that case, you will either need to purchase a second license, or your client needs to purchase their own license.

Our support team is happy to help answer any questions pertaining to the installation and setup of your theme. Any further customizations beyond what is shown in the demo (fonts, colors, layout changes, etc) is not covered under support.
Yes. Each theme package has it's documentation file with all necessary instructions.
If you are not satisfied with our products or it doesn’t fit your needs we offer you full refunds for WordPress themes in period of 30 days from the date of the purchase. Our priority is that you’re satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you’re having an issue with your theme, experiencing trouble setting up, or just have a question, we want to help! Please submit a support ticket and we’ll do everything we can to assist you. If you purchased product that is not instant download, and work has not yet been started, you can request to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Yes, when you purchase a theme, it is a one-time payment. You will not be charged again and you would receive all updates.
